General Policy
This Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to all memberships and fitness programs provided by Oxen Fitness Gym.
All members are advised to carefully consider their decision before enrolling in any membership plan.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of signing up for a membership.
Refund Process: To request a refund within this 7-day period, please contact our support team at oxenfitnessgym@gmail.com or call 7889113087 with your membership details and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items: The following are strictly non-refundable:
Any membership after 7 days of the join date.
Additional service charges (e.g., personal training sessions, specialized fitness programs) once utilized or scheduled.
Any promotional or discounted memberships.
No Prorated Refunds: Membership fees are not prorated. If a refund is issued within the eligible 7-day period, the entire membership fee is refunded without deductions for any partial usage within the period.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Eligibility: Memberships may only be canceled within the first 7 days of enrollment. After this period, all sales are final, and no cancellations will be accepted.
No Further Fees: There are no additional fees for cancelling within the 7-day period.
Permanent Membership Status After 7 Days: After the 7-day cancellation window has expired, all memberships remain active until their natural expiration date without the option for early termination or cancellation.
Exceptions
Medical Emergencies: In cases where a member can provide verified medical documentation that they are unable to continue their fitness program due to an injury or illness, Oxen Fitness Gym may, at its discretion, allow for a partial refund or suspension of membership. Force Majeure: Should Oxen Fitness Gym be unable to provide services due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns), membership terms may be adjusted, suspended, or extended accordingly.

Oxen Fitness Gym is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from the cancellation or refund process as outlined above.
